  • Do you offer a Free Trial?

Yes! We ofer free Trial classes for Group Lessons for new swimmers! check with your local school and sign up today! *At participating locations only

  • How do l sign up for Group Lessons?

To sign up for Group Lessons, simply click "Find a Class" below and choose your location from the drop-down to book your spot today!

  • How do l sign up for Private Lessons?

To sign up for Private Lessons, simply click on "ind a Class" below and select your location from the drop-down to book your spot today!

  • What do l need to bring to my lesson?

Please bring a swimsuit, towel,goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair. Don't have one ofthese items? Don't worry! Alloftheseitems are avallable for purchase at our schools. swimmers who are not potty-trained are required to wear a reusable swim diaper, which are alsoavailable for purchase at our school.

  • Do you offer make-ups?

Life happens, we get it! swimmers are eligible for 1 make-up class* each calendar month due to an absence. Please note that makeups need to be usedwithin 2 weeks of the absence and are based on schedule availability.*at participating locations only

  • What level is my child?

All kids level up at a different pace. Be sure to check in with your kid's instructor or download our app to track your swimmer's progress!

  • Do l have to start at the beginning of the month (when is the next session)?

No, you can jump in today! We offer a rolling start date so your swimmer can start at any point!

  • What is your cancellation policy for Private Lessons?

We require 48-hour notice for private Lesson cancelations and rescheduling. fyou callto cancel or reschedule within this window, you wil be charged a$25 late cancel/reschedule fee.

If you are on Auto-Pay for Private or Group Lessons, you must notify us by the 15th of the month prior to stopping lessons.

  • How do l withdrawal from lessons?

We hate to see you go! To withdraw a student from lessons under any program after the student has begun taking lessons within that program, log in toyour account via the customer portal on our website and complete the withdrawal option for your student. in order to avoid being charged for the nextmonth oflessons, you must withdraw your student on or before the 15th day ofthe month. lfyou submit a withdrawalform after you already have beerbiled the tuition for the next month of essons, you may recive a partial refund, props submited between the 25th and the end ofthe month willresuiin a 50%6 refund and between the 1st and 7th of the following month willresult in a refund of2596 oftuition. After the 7th, you are no longer eligilble for arefund.
